we understand that sometimes plans change. Our refund policy is designed to be fair while ensuring the smooth running of our classes.

1. Class Bookings
   All class bookings are non-refundable once a term has begun.
   Refunds will not be issued for missed classes due to illness, holidays, or other personal commitments.
   Where possible, students may be offered the chance to attend a catch-up class in the same term (subject to availability).

2. Cancellations by Centre Stage
   If a class is cancelled by Centre Stage Performing Arts (e.g. due to teacher illness or venue issues), a replacement class will be arranged, or a credit/refund will be offered.

3. Trial Classes
   Trial class bookings are non-refundable but may be rescheduled with at least 48 hours’ notice.

4. Workshops, Events & Performances
   Special workshops, events, and performance tickets are non-refundable once booked.
   If Centre Stage cancels an event, a full refund or credit will be given.

5. Exceptional Circumstances
   Refunds in exceptional cases (e.g. long-term medical issues preventing attendance) may be considered at the discretion of Centre Stage Performing Arts management.
